titleOfInvention Packer sluice
abstract FIELD: oil and gas production. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to oil industry and can be used for isolation of a well bore when pumping preheated heavy oil. A packer sluice comprises a metal packing element made of a shape-memory alloy, concentrically mounted on a tubular case inside a borehole pipe with its one end attached to a support fixed on the tubular case, and the other - on a bush connected to a drive and movable along the axis of the tubular case. In addition, the device comprises one or two shield elastic wire tubular grids fixed by the opposite ends on the bush and support respectively and made of a hyperelastic alloy, one or two elastic tubular diaphragms made of a heat-resistant material with their opposite ends tightly fixed on the bush and support respectively, the drive is linearly rotating, the packing element represents a wire spiral tension spring and in compression inside the borehole pipe is shaped in the austenitic state as a spindle with a cylindrical centre. ^ EFFECT: enhanced packer sluice. ^ 5 dwg
