abstract | FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a process additive for rubber mixtures based on carbon-chain rubber. The additive contains components in form of a product of reacting plant oil production wastes, which are an organic-mineral composition containing 11-47 wt % diatomites and zinc oxide in the presence of triethanolamine and ionol, zinc stearate in amount of 5.0-20.0 wt % and, optionally, technical carbon or silicon-acid filler in amount of 15-25 wt %. This additive has the consistence of a dustless powder which does not cake during storage, is easy to apportion when weighing during production and has low cost. n EFFECT: addition of the disclosed additive to rubber mixtures improves their rheological and processing properties which enables their processing using pressure-die casting methods. n 3 cl, 10 ex, 3 tbl |
