abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, endocrinology, biology, physiology. For express-diagnostics of hyperparathyreosis in zones of parathyroid glands projection locally in region above upper and lower poles of parathyroid glands symmetrically placed are four glass plates onto which 1% solution of aspartic amino acid in amount 0.01-0.03 ml on each plate is preliminarily applied in form of path. Plates are kept for 3-5 minutes, after that dried in thermostat at T=+18-20°C during 2-3 minutes. After that they are examined in polarised light with quartz compensator. If crystals-aggregations from radial spherulites are present in preparations hyperparathyreosis is diagnosed. n EFFECT: method is simple in application, economical, increases self-descriptiveness of hyperparathyreosis diagnostics. n 9 dwg, 5 ex
