FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: active base in form of mixture of modified imidazoline (MI) with aldimines, or Schiff bases at weight ratio 5090:1050 is used in procedure. Also MI is produced at interaction of poly-ethylene-polyamines or polypropylene-polyamines with oleic acid or a-branched monocarbonic acids at mole ratio 1:1 first at temperature 150-170C during 3-6 h, and then at 250-260C during 1.5-2 h. Produced imidazolines are cyanethylated with nitrile of acrylic acid or oxyl-alkylated with ethylene or propylene oxide at mole ratio 1:12 at temperature 30-60C during 3-4 h. Aldimines are produced with condensation of oil or isobutyric, or 2-ethylhexene aldehydes with water solution of ammonia at temperature 90-130C, pressure 0.150.8 MPa and mole ratio 1:12.0 during 3-4 hours. Schiff bases are produced with condensation of oil or isobutyric, or 2-ethylhexene aldehydes with light fractions of polyamines at temperature 60-100C, and at mole ratio 12:1 during 5-6 h. Also surface active substance and organic solvent are added into produced active base which is mixed at temperature 20-50C during 0,5-2 h. ^ EFFECT: upgraded protection from corrosion, expanded raw materials base and assortment of corrosion inhibitors, also replacement of expensive solvents-aromatic hydrocarbons. ^ 3 cl, 1 tbl, 23 ex |
