abstract FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for use in food industry and may be realised in production of coffee substitutes. Chinese magnolia is extracted by liquid nitrogen to separate according miscella. Then it is cut and dried in microwave field at specified parametres of the process. Yacon is fried, cut and dried in microwave field at specified parametres of the process. Pomegranate rind is dried in microwave field at specified parametres of the process and additionally dried by convective method. Yacon and pomegranate rind are mixed. Produced mix is impregnated with separated miscella with simultaneous increase of pressure. Then pressure is reduced down to atmospheric value with simultaneous freezing of mix and its cryo-grinding in the medium of released nitrogen. ^ EFFECT: invention provides for production of instant-powder of flavoured coffee drink using wasteless technology.
