titleOfInvention | Method of differential diagnostics of hepatobiliarysystem morphofunctional disturbances in newborns and children of early age from perinatal risk group |
abstract | FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to pediatrics, and can be used for differential diagnostics of organic and functional disturbances of hepatobiliary system in newborns and children of early age, who had perinatal hypoxia. In children's serum during first twelve months of life activity of liver-specific enzyme - sorbitol dehydrogenase is determined, and if its values in early neonatal period equal 13.4 nomole/l and higher, at I month age - 14.5 nmole/l and higher; at 3 month age - 14.1 nmole/l and higher; at 6 month age - 12.9 nmole/l and higher; at 12 months age - 10.2 nmole/l and higher, organic disturbances of hepatobiliary system caused by affection of liver parenchyma are diagnosed. ^ EFFECT: method ensures high accuracy of differentiation of organic and functional hepatobiliary system disturbances in children. ^ 1 tbl, 2 ex |
