titleOfInvention Method of deployment and altitude suspension of data system and carrier aircraft to this end
abstract FIELD: transport. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed is the method of deployment and altitude suspension of data system comprising carrier aircraft (CA) with data acquisition, processing and transmission hardware and base servicing module connected therewith by steel rope system. Carrier aircraft is placed in stable wind flow of atmosphere tropo pause zone and kept therein by means of aircraft control surfaces and steel rope relative to earth surface. Placing aircraft to operating altitude is performed by midair towing exploiting aerodynamic properties of aircraft while descent and landing after completed flight program (or in the case of failures) is effected by controlled gliding after unlatching the towing rope. Carrier aircraft represents hydride airplane "glider - kite" that features "duck" aerodynamic profile with high aerodynamic characteristics and low specific load onto wing. ^ EFFECT: longer continuous flight and higher stability, reduced costs. ^ 6 cl, 6 dwg
