abstract | FIELD: agriculture. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to fodder for animals, namely to method for production of saponified fat ingredient. Method provides for heating of fat or source of fatty acids suitable for feeding of animals, to the temperature that is higher than its melt temperature; adding glycerin, separately or in combination with another emulsifier, adding source of ions of alkaline or rare earth metals selected from their oxides, hydroxides or salts, or their combinations; homogenisation of this mixture; adding water and soaking mixture for the time sufficient to saponify fatty acids, to produce saponified fat ingredient of composition for animal feeding. ^ EFFECT: usage of saponified fat ingredient in fodders for animals with single-chamber stomach makes it possible to improve digestion of fatty acids and to reduce cost of animals fattening. ^ 19 cl, 21 tbl, 2 ex |
