titleOfInvention Method of evaluating adaptive abilities of human genome
abstract FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: blood is taken from patient's ulnar vein for lymphocyte cultivation. Preparations of metaphase chromosomes are prepared with further study of NOR chromosome activity. Analysis of chromosome preparations is carried out in 250 metaphase plates and determined are ratio of indices D NOR/10 AgNOR, G NOR/10 AgNOR, D NOR/ G NOR, staining of chromosome preparations by means of Romanovsky-Giemsa dye with evaluation of each examined patient to determine level of chromosome aberrations by indices: number of cells with chromosome aberrations, number of chromosome aberrations (per 100 cells), total number of chromosome fragments, number of exchanges, number of single fragments, number of pair fragments, number of chromosome exchanges, number of chromatid exchanges with calculation of mean arithmetic values of all evaluated indices with further processing of examination results by systemic multi-factor analysis, converting each of determined indices into compatible relative values, on the basis of which, taking into account weight coefficient, determined for each index on the basis of mean square deviation for said index and constant factor, equal 0.1, and calculated is value, integrally characterising level of genetic information activity, providing ability to adaptation in humans. ^ EFFECT: increased accuracy of determination. ^ 3 ex
