titleOfInvention Sound player, method of playing back sound
abstract FIELD: physics. n SUBSTANCE: when musical data, for instance, begin to playback, an output audio signal processing module (31) detects the rate of user activity using a circuit (23) for analysing exercise information based on the output detection signal of the exercise information sensor (24). When the difference between the detected rate of user activities and the rate of played back musical data is not in a given range, musical data with a rate, the difference of which together with rate of user activities lies within a give range, is found using a search apparatus such as a module (22) of a device for generating music playback data, and a control module (10) changes musical data meant for playback in order to playback the found musical data. n EFFECT: possibility of playing back music such that unification with user activities is provided, thereby preventing any unnatural sensation for the user eg discomfort. n 13 cl, 28 dwg
