titleOfInvention | Method for hypoxia assessment |
abstract | FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: method is based on estimating a cell response of palatine tonsil immunity organ: epithelium proliferation extent, number of proliferations, reduced lymphocyte count. A cell composition is prepared by palatine tonsil scraping, smearing and Giemsa or Romanovsky-Giemsa staining with the following light microscope aided control. The cell response depends on hypoxia severity in cardiac insufficiency; more severe hypoxia causes more substantial change of response of the palatine tonsils. The epithelium proliferation and reduced lymphocyte count are not observed in healthy people, and essentially changed in those underwent a cure for cardiac insufficiency stages I and II-A. The epithelium proliferation of the palatine tonsils and specified quantity indices can be applied as a marker of high-quality treatment of the disease inducing hypoxia. n EFFECT: method improvement. n 1 tbl |
