titleOfInvention Lubricating agent for glass and basalt fibre
abstract FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical industry and processing glass fibre, and specifically to lubricating agents which can be used for glass- and basalt straight and spliced rovings for reinforcing fibre glass, chopped glass- and basalt fibres for brake plates of motor cars or glass-fibre mats, low-twist textile fibre. The lubricating agent for glass and basalt fibre has the following ratio of components, in wt %: diamide formaldehyde resin DTU-TST-23 2.0-5.0; MAS-4 lubricant 3.0-5.0; organosilanes 0.1-0.6; acetic acid 0.2-0.3; water - the rest. The organosilanes used are in form of gamma-methacryloxypropyl-trimethoxysilane or gamma-glycide-oxypropyl-trimethoxysilane and aminopropyl-trimethoxydilane. n EFFECT: reduced power consumption and time for preparing the lubricating agent. n 7 ex
