Blood purification apparatus such as highly porous hollow-fibre membranes and method for manufacturing thereof |
abstract |
FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: there is disclosed method for manufacturing a blood purification apparatus comprising highly porous hollow-fibre membranes and a method for sterilisation thereof. The apparatus comprises hollow fibre membranes of hydrophobic polymer. Each membrane contains hydrophilic polymer in amount 25 to 50 wt %, and has a fractional pore area in its external surface 8 to 25%, and also exhibits a thickness variation degree 0.6 or more, thickness 10 to 60 mcm and rupture pressure 0.5 to 2 MPa. The method involves the stage whereat said blood purification apparatus of water permeability 150 to 2000 ml/m2/h/mm Hg is exposed to radioactive radiation in such environment that oxygen concentration in an atmosphere of the hollow fibre membranes is 0.001% inclusive to 0.1% inclusive, and the moisture content in the hollow fibre membrane with respect to its weight makes 0.2 wt % inclusive to 7 wt % inclusive. ^ EFFECT: simplified assembling of the apparatus and higher safety of blood purification. ^ 21 cl, 1 tbl |
