titleOfInvention | Application of modified cyclosporins for treating hcv induced diseases |
abstract | FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics. n SUBSTANCE: there is offered application of cyclosporine for preparing a pharmaceutical composition for prevention or treatment of hepatitis C related infections or HCV induced disorders, where cyclosporine (a) is bound with human recombinant cyclophilin with a bound constant (BC) is at least 0.7, where the BC represents a decimal logarithm of the relation of IC 50 cyclosporine and IC 50 cyclosporine A in simultaneous experiment for estimating by competitive assay ELISA; and (b) exhibits activity in a lymphocyte reaction in a mixed culture 5% and less in comparison with the activity of cyclosporine A, where cyclosporine is [MeIle]cyclosporine or a compound of formula (versions). n EFFECT: prepared compounds inhibit HCV and in treatment do not suppress immune system, can be used in combination with other anti-HCV agents. n 12 cl, 2 dwg |
