FIELD: food industry. n SUBSTANCE: smoking mixture is intended for production of smoking products without tobacco. It contains tea leaf, sugar, a softener, a flavouring agent and a preservative. It may contain a food colouring agent. The said mixture is produced as follows. A dip of glycerine and sugar syrup is preliminarily prepared at 50-60°C which is applied onto cut tea leaf following by maturing during 7 days. 4 times a day the mixture is agitated. Then into the dipped mass the flavouring agent and glycerine are added, mixed at 20-25°C, to produce a paste-like mixture. n EFFECT: reduction of burning rate, smoke quality improvement, overcoming addiction to tobacco smoking and extension of organoleptic qualities range. n 7 cl, 3 dwg |
