titleOfInvention Method for correction of muscular imbalance in children with fault in posture and scoliosis 1 and 2 degree
abstract FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: correction of muscular imbalance in children with fault in posture and scoliosis 1 and 2 degree is ensured by electromyostimulation of muscles of trunk and limbs to be corrected by the pulse low-frequency modulated electric current through electrodes applied on muscular fibers. It is precede with the classical and reflex segmental massage of muscles with reflex changes within 30-40 minutes, and starting from the 3-6th session it is supplemented with sessions of multichannel electromyostimulation with the electrodes simultaneously applied on all correction regions, thus treatment of the muscular hypotension regions is performed with average frequency 20-80 Hz, and of the evident hypertension - 100-120 Hz in the exposure rhythm consistently varying within 4, 8, 16 to 32 seconds, and duration of electromyostimulation makes 10-40 minutes. If there are observed functional or articular blocks, manipulation reflex therapy is applied after massaging. In treating fault in posture, the electrodes are simultaneously applied on the paravertebral regions along the spine exposed at average frequency 50-80 Hz, including rectus, obliques and shoulder girdle muscle at frequency 20-40 Hz. Spinal S-curvature requires application of the electrodes simultaneously on the paravertebral regions along the spine, from the evident hypotension on shoulder girdle muscles, rectus and obliques, gluteus at average frequency 20-40 Hz, and also on the regions of the evident hypertension with using the stimulation mode 100-120 Hz. The total number of sessions depends on the evidence of the reflex segmental changes and makes 10 to 20 sessions repeated every 3-4 months. ^ EFFECT: higher effectiveness of correction. ^ 5 cl, 2 ex, 2 dwg
