abstract FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: studying of histological preparations is ensured by glueing the sections of biological tissues on the slides, and colouring them and studying the biological material in the microscope. The offered coat for slides represents bovine serum albumin, and its use for its intended purpose consists that the section of the biological material prepared from biopsies, pathoanatomical and forensic autopsies, glued on the slides processed by an adhesive solution, containing bovine serum albumin (Kohn fraction V). In immunology, including in immunocytochemical studies, bovine serum albumin (Kohn fraction V) is used to block nonspecific binding of antibodies with tissue antigens. ^ EFFECT: application of bovine serum albumin as an adhesive provides reliable adhesion of the section and ensures preservation on the slides during any histological techniques without affecting storage lives preparations and quality of stored preparations. ^ 3 cl, 3 dwg, 3 ex
