abstract FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to ophthalmology and aims at surgical treatment of open-angle secondary glaucoma. In involves a tunnel incision of sclera and introduction of one end of a polyfilament carbon fibre of the length 20-25 mm into anterior chamber.
