abstract FIELD: process engineering. n SUBSTANCE: proposed invention aims at filling with loose material with density exceeding bulk density of loose material. Proposed method involves loose material source and comprises vibrating the panel, filling panel inner chamber portion with loose material and proceeding till complete filling of said panel with preset amount of loose material. Said panel has length, width and inner chamber, as well as first sheet, second sheet and two, or more, bearing elements arranged between aforesaid sheets. Said bearing elements make one or more channels arranged between first and second sheets. Note here that said channels feature inner volume. On filling the vessel with loose material, static electricity generated prior to or after vessel filling is removed. Proposed filling device comprises bearing element, vessel and either actuator, or vibrator, or static electricity removing device. n EFFECT: higher efficiency. n 61 cl, 9 dwg
