abstract | FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: for treatment of patients suffering from psoriasis in first 3 weeks of hospital treatment sodium chloride solution 0.9% 400 ml is introduced intravenously every second day No 3-5, sodium thiosulfate 30% 10 ml intravenously daily No 20, pyridoxine 5% 2 ml intramuscularly every second day No 10, thiamin 6% 2 ml intramuscularly every second day No 10, cyanocobalamin 500 mcg intramuscularly every second day No 10. Simultaneously on affected region protective-prophylactic preparation "Kartalin" is applied. In following 2-3 weeks of out-patient treatment patients continue applying on affected region in thin layer slightly rubbing in protective-prophylactic preparation "Kartalin" 2 times a day without further covering with film and occlusive bandage. n EFFECT: method allows to increase efficiency of psoriasis treatment essentially due to complex, optimally selected in time impact on said disease pathogenesis. n 2 ex |
