FIELD: veterinary science. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to veterinary science immediately dealing with prophylactics of brucellosis infection. Under the method proposed colostral age calves receive an intramuscular injection of brucelline in an amount of 2.5-3 ml and 30-40 minutes afterwards - an intramuscular injection of 4-6 ml of a immunomodulator containing, wt %: formaldehyde - 0.07-0.12, sodium chloride - 0.9-0.95 and distilled water - balance. n EFFECT: proposed method provides for efficient prophylactics of cattle brucellosis. n 3 tbl, 3 ex |
