titleOfInvention Method of predicting distorders of contractile activity of uterus and formation of uterus nech distocias in delivery basing on determination of ultrasonic degree of uterus neck "maturity" close to delivery
abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to obstetrics, and can be used for prediction of uterus neck distocias and development of disorders of uterus contractile activity in delivery. 1-5 days before delivery ultrasonic transvaginal examination is carried out using three-dimensional Doppler mode. If vascularisation index is less than 2%, "immature" neck of uterus is diagnosed and disorders of uterus contractile activity and formation of distocia of uterus neck in future delivery are predicted. n EFFECT: method allows to reduce degree of subjectivism in evaluating parametres of uterus neck "maturity", provides possibility of multiple dynamic examination of uterus neck "maturity" and has high prognostic importance. n 2 ex
