Substance of method consists in the fact that sensitin is immobilised on carrier, which represents submicron (0.1 mcm) monodisperse stable emulsion of perfluoroorganic compounds (PFOC) 10 wt % 0.5 ml. of PFOC prior to immobilisation is preliminarily released from salts and glucose by washing with tenfold volume of 0.15 M physiological solution pH 6.8.
