abstract | FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, namely functional diagnostics and can be used in diagnostics of diseases accompanied by microcirculatory changes in knee joint region. To estimate microcirculation in knee joint region, a radiotracer (technetium 99M-pertechnetate) of activity 10 mBq is introduced in amount 0.4 ml in two points along the medial surface of upper one-third of shin subcutaneously and along the lateral surfaces of upper one-third of shin subfascially. A series of twenty one-minute shots are recorded in a front projection with applying a divergent collimator for average energies. The radiotracer excretion half-time from the introduction points is evaluated. n EFFECT: invention provides reliable estimate of microcirculatory changes both in surface superfascial, and in deep subfascial limb parts. n 2 dwg, 1 ex |
