titleOfInvention | Method of reparative osteogenesis stimulation |
abstract | FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics and is intended for stimulation of reparative osteogenesis in case of substitution of bones defects which appeared as a result of injury or after bone resection. Method includes injection implantation of cultured autologous bone-marrow stromal cells-predecessors in zone of bone damage Implantation of cells is carried out in period of inflammatory ending in zone of bone damage and start of natural osteogenesis 3-5 times with interval in 2-3 days, by injection of physiological solution which contains 2-5×10 6 cells. n EFFECT: creation of favourable conditions for fast differentiation and proliferation of implanted cells of osteoblast line and, as a result, formation of bone regenerate with further full-fledged restoration of damaged bone. n 2 dwg |
