titleOfInvention Method for development of gas or gas-condensate deposit
abstract FIELD: oil and gas production. n SUBSTANCE: invention is related to mining industry and may be used to develop gas, gas-condensate deposit for operative control and correction of formation fluid production process parametres. In method of deposit development, production of formation fluid from gas or gas-condensate objects is done via operational wells combined with aprons and/or at least a single gas-collecting header into system of gas collection, arranged in accordance with a group decentralised scheme, used to combine wells in clusters with plant attached to cluster for complex preparation of gas Formation fluid, preferably produced gas, gas condensate is supplied along aprons to cluster plant of complex gas preparation, in which formation fluid is exposed to separation, cleaning, drying At the same time cleaned gas is sent along gas-collecting header into main gas line or to a head object for efficient storage and its pumping in main gas line. At least one operational well included into cluster is equipped with systems of operative, as well as remote control and generation of commands to correct parametres of formation fluid production process, and also with actuating mechanisms for realiszation of specified correction, which is arranged in three levels of efficiency: the first level - instantaneous automatic disconnection of formation fluid, mostly, produced gas flow, gas condensate in case of emergency debit rise; the second level - smoothly going operative process in case of planned connection-disconnection of formation fluid supply or current variation of debit; and the third level - planned level, related to disconnection of flow string and/or disconnection of productive bed, well plugging or its changeover to fluid production from new bed. In order to realise the second level of fluid production process efficiency, in composition of control equipment, at least one control valve is installed, which comprises body with central channel with a cell stop unit installed in it, with supply and drain nozzles and combined driving mechanism, which consists of at least of two driving mechanisms of single-directed action and single mechanism of counter-directed action. Cell stop unit includes at least a throttling gate valve. At the same time mentioned gate is rigidly connected to stem, on which mentioned driving mechanism are serially installed with a partial overlapping in length with the possibility of autonomous action, and one of them is arranged as main and hydraulic, and the other one - a duplicating mechanical or manual one, and the third mechanism of counter-directed action that combines and supplements them, is arranged in the form of automatic mechanism of stem reciprocal motions with the possibility for it to accumulate kinetic energy transformed into potential one in process of motion aimed at opening of control valve with main or duplicating driving mechanisms. n EFFECT: improved efficiency of deposit operation by faster reaction and improved quality of reaction to dynamic changes in process of formation fluid production, more efficient prevention of emergencies, reduced ecological contamination of environment with a produced formation fluid n 23 cl, 10 dwg
