abstract | FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of C 3 -C 5 hydrocarbons through dehydrogenation of corresponding paraffin hydrocarbons n reactors with a fluid bed of micro-spherical chromia-alumina catalyst. Method is described for dehydrogenating C 3 -C 5 paraffin hydrocarbons in fluid catalyst bed, containing oxides of chrome, potassium and a promoter, deposited on an alumina support which contains boehmite and up to 10 wt % hydrargillite, which is an aggregate in form of regular, including mimetic, and irregular double aggregates, consisting of hexagonal scaly crystals with size greater than 20 mcm. n EFFECT: increased efficiency of the process of dehydrogenating C 3 -C 5 paraffin hydrocarbons, increased output of C 3 -C 5 olefin hydrocarbons, reduced abrasive action on elements of a two-reactor installation for dehydrogenation when using chromia-alumina catalyst in a fluid bed. n 5 cl, 2 tbl, 11 ex, 1 dwg |
