abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, namely haematology and endocrinology, and concerns normalisation of thrombocyte sensitivity to aggregation inducers in patients suffering from arterial hypertension with impaired glucose tolerance. That is ensured by integrated therapy including graduated physical exercises, and introduction of lisinopril in a dose 10 mg once a day in the morning and pioglitazone in a dose 30 mg once a day in the morning. Therapeutic course lasts for at least 6 weeks. The method enables complete normalisation of thrombocyte sensitivity to aggregation inducers owing to potentiation of therapeutic effect of certain components of integrated therapy. n EFFECT: that in turn allows reducing risk of thrombotic complications in given group of patients. n 1 ex, 3 dwg, 2 tbl
