titleOfInvention Method for normalisation of lipid content in thrombocyte membranes in arterial hypertension and impaired glucose tolerance
abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to haematology, cardiology and endocrinology, and concerns normalisation of lipid content in thrombocyte membranes in arterial hypertension and impaired glucose tolerance. That is ensured by integrated treatment including graduated physical exercise, and introduction of pioglitazone in a dose 30 mg once a day in the morning and lisinopril in a dose 10 mg once a day in the morning during 1.5 months. n EFFECT: such complex of specific medical agents and physical activity combined with empirically selected duration of treatment provides effective correction of lipid composition of thrombocyte membranes and thereby reduced risk of thrombotic complications in given group of patients. n 1 ex
