titleOfInvention | Iol implantation technique in depressed ligaments of zinn, defects of posteior capsule and intraoperative injuries of anterior capsulorhexis |
abstract | FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention concerns ophthalmology and can be used in intracapsular IOL implantations in aphakic eyes with complicated course of cataract extraction. In case of dislocations of lens, intraoperative damages of posterior capsule of lens or capsulorhexis, cataract extraction is followed by implantation of an elastic IOL in anterior chamber on iris. With pressing one haptic element within a corner of anterior chamber, the IOL is moved. The free haptic element is tucked in under capsulorhexis edge. Then moving the IOL along iris, the other part thereof is implanted in capsular sac. The haptic elements are placed within a defect-free area. The technical result is expressed in considerable pressure reduction on capsular walls and ligamentous apparatus in comparison with conventional lens "discharge" from a cartridge in a lenticular sac. n EFFECT: herewith risk of further development of available defects is reduced with ensured possibility for intracapsular implantation of the IOL in considerable damages of ligamentous apparatus, posterior capsular wall and anterior capsulorhexis. n 3 ex, 2 dwg |
