titleOfInvention Plant of municipal and industrial sewage water purification
abstract FIELD: purification constructions. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to plants of municipal and industrial sewage water purification and can be used mainly in cases when it is necessary to substitute natural fresh water used for technological and energy needs with purified sewage water in order to solve the problem of elimination of water resources deficiency and to prevent depletion of fresh water supply. Purification plant includes connected to each other by means of pipelines grid 1, aerated sand-trap 2, sand site 3, primary precipitation tank 4, first augmenting pump 5, jet apparatus 6,vertical-pipe system 7, secondary precipitation tank 9, second augmenting pump 10, third augmenting pump 16, pressure two-step filter 17, bactericidal installation 27. Sand-trap 2 is aerated with oxygen supplied from source of technical oxygen 11. Into sucking-in branch pipe of jet apparatus 6, ozone-oxygen mixture from ozoniser 12 is supplied. Pressure two-step filter 17 contains collector 20, first step 18, filled with filtering charge, second step 19, filled with cationite in form of granules saturated with Na + cations, first and second filter steps being separated by retaining grid 24. As filter 17 is clogged, it is washed with water from reservoir-accumulator of washing water 31. For cationite regeneration regenerative solution, supplied into pressure filter 17 by means of fourth augmenting pump 29 from reservoir 28, is used. Polluted washing water is discharged into primary precipitation tank 4. Plant also contains concentratometer of dissolved in sewage water ozone 8, concentratometre of cations 25-26, pressure sensors 33-37, electrified slide valves 38-48, sensors of position of electrified sliding valves 49-59, connected with control unit 71. n EFFECT: increase of efficiency of municipal and industrial sewage water purification with changing in time characteristics of input liquid flow. n 1 dwg
