titleOfInvention Method of obtaining coli salmonellosis anatoxin vaccine
abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention concerns microbiology and biotechnology. Escherichia and salmonella are cultivated separately in synthetic nutrient medium. Toxin complex is sterilised and detoxified by two detoxifiers, first by 0.2% formalin solution at 40°C for 7 days, then by 0.5% ethonium solution at 41°C for 7 days. Preparations are mixed in equal volumes and further adsorbed on 1-3 mg/ml of aluminium hydroxide. The mix is packaged into vials and sterilised for 20 minutes at 1.0 atmospheres. n EFFECT: obtainment of anatoxin vaccine for prevention of animal colibacillosis and salmonellosis. n 4 ex
