abstract FIELD: physics, alarm. n SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is related to the field of bank activity and money circulation, in particular to issue of notes, improvement of their authenticity in money circulation and to features of notes verification. Memorising medium is introduced in the note, and this medium has the properties of nonvolatile memory accessible in the process of note making, and intended for recording of identification and information codes used in subsequent verifications of the note. Identification of each note is realised on the basis of information (codes), recorded in it and in central device, in the process of each regular verification, information used for identification of the note is changed by means of recoding of appropriate data (codes) into note memory with preservation of information about this in data base of central device, with which all devices for notes verification are connected. n EFFECT: higher extent of note counterfeit protection, elimination of possibility for having identical notes in circulation, higher extent of verification validity, reduced requirements to communication lines of verification system. n 23 cl, 1 dwg
