titleOfInvention Method for preparation of product for air regeneration
abstract FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: essence of the method lies in the interreaction of peroxide hydrogen and potassium hydroxide solutions with following dehydratation of the obtained hydrogen peroxide alkali solution by its spraying in the drying agent flow Before potassium hydroxide adding the initial solution is consequently fed with determined amounts of magnesium sulphate, lithium hydroxide and alkali metal silicate at mole ratio of hydrogen peroxide and added component equal: peroxide hydrogen/magnesium sulphate 500-1000; peroxide hydrogen/lithium hydroxide 2.65-11.78; peroxide hydrogen/alkali metal silicate 31.91-337.81; peroxide hydrogen/potassium hydroxide 1.68-1.94. n EFFECT: decrease of hydrogen peroxide consumption per target product unit and increase of the basic product content in it, decrease of energy consumption needed for water transfer to gaseous state in the dehydratation stage. n 2 cl, 5 ex, 2 tbl
