abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: nutrient medium for primary-culture mycobacterial cultivation contains a salt base containing: magnesium sulphate - 0.5 g, sodium citrate - 1.0 g, iron alum - 0.05 g, monosubstituted potassium phosphate - 20.0 g, monosubstituted aluminium citrate - 5.0 g, monosubstituted sodium glutamate - 10.0, glycerine - 20 ml, distilled water - to 1000 ml, egg mixture, 2% malachite green and antler cake pantolysate in the ratio as follows, ml: salt base 1000, egg mixture 700-1000, pantolysate 300-1000, 2% malachite green 33. Antler cake pantolysate is prepared by aqueous extraction of antler cake in the ratio cake: water 1:4-1:5 at process temperature 98-99°C under pressure 1.5 atm during 3-4 h. n EFFECT: improved growth qualities and higher information value of the medium. n 1 tbl, 4 ex
