abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine area, namely - to clinical laboratory diagnostics and narcology. The way of laboratory diagnostics of condition and also forecasting of further development of a postabstinent syndrome at patients with drug and alcoholic addiction is offered. Content of urea, creatinine, transaminase (AAT, SGPT), gamma-glutamine transpeptidase (GGT), creatine phosphokinase (KP), prolactin (P), thyritropic hormone (TH), immunoglobulins of A, G, M, E (IgA, IgG, IgM, IgE) classes are determined in blood serum, and at change of indicators concerning referential value, a conclusion about presence of renal insufficiency, destructive changes in myocardium, morfo-functional changes in liver, immuno-reactance of an organism and about change in condition of HPA axis is made. n EFFECT: invention allows to increase accuracy of laboratory diagnostics of condition, and also forecasting of further development of a postabstinent syndrome of patients with narcotic and alcoholic addiction and also to prescribe adequate pathogenetic therapy. n 3 ex, 3 tbl
