titleOfInvention Method of aftertreatment of patients with autoimmune thyroiditis
abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine area, to be exact, endocrinology and aftertreatment of patients with autoimmune thyroiditis and can be applied in the conditions of an out-patient department, medical unit, hospital, dispensary and sanatorium. Influence using low-intensity laser radiation of an infra-red range by a contact stable technique is performed by means of the semi-conductor impulsive laser with a 0.89 micron radiation wavelength, 2.5 W power output of impulses and 3000 Hz frequency. Influence is applied on a tympanic membrane basal part for 3-4 minutes on each ear through an aural light guide. Course of treatment makes 8-10 daily procedures. The method possesses long afterimpression, can be applied at the hypertrophic form of autoimmune thyroiditis and presence of thyroid gland nodal formations, is accessible to application both in stationary, and in out-patient conditions. n EFFECT: prevention of the further advance of autoimmune thyroiditis and development of hormonal disturbances, augmentation of cellular immunity, improvement of thyroid gland hormonal activity. n 2 ex
