titleOfInvention Method for analysis of nonneoplastic obstructive jaundice severity
abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery and can be used in surgery, resuscitation, and clinical immunology. The method for analysis of nonneoplastic obstructive jaundice severity is ensured by detailed blood test to evaluate the indices: leukocytic intoxication index by Calf-Caliph (LII1), leukocytic intoxication index by Ostrovsky (LII2), stress index (SI), segmented neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio index (LRI), neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio index (NLRI) and lymphocyte to eosinophil ratio index (LERI). Provided LII1≤2.5, LII2≤2.75, SI≤1.0, LRI≤7.0, NLRI≤12.0, LERI≤18.0, severity is estimated as mild. If LII1 is within 2.6 to 4.5, LII2 is within 2.76 to 5.0, SI is within 1.1 to 2.0, LRI is 7.1 to 10.0, NLRI is 12.1 to 16.0, LERI is within 18.1 to 22.0, and then moderate severity is determined. While LII1 exceeds 4.5, LII2 is more than 5.0, SI is more than 2.0, LRI exceeds 10.0, NLRI goes beyond 16.0 and LERI is more than 22.0, severe pathological process is observed. Application of the invention allows for objective and rapid analysis of pathological process severity to prescribe intensified antibacterial and detoxification therapy for severe cases. n EFFECT: enabled objective and rapid analysis of pathological process severity to prescribe intensified antibacterial and detoxification therapy for severe cases. n 2 tbl, 3 ex
