titleOfInvention Method of preparing silicate and carbonate samples of rocks for spectrometric analysis
abstract FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of preparing samples for investigation by determination of their chemical properties in liquid state, for instance, applying spectrometry with inductively-connected plasma. Method of preparing silicate and carbonate samples of rock for spectrometric analysis includes autoclave decomposition of samples in mixture of concentrated acids in microwave at temperature and pressure and samples cooling. Then introduction of internal standard and bringing to standard volume are performed. Complete decomposition of samples is realised in 2 stages. At first stage mixture of hydrofluoric, hydrochloric and nitric acids in ratio 1:3:1-1:4:1 is used during 45-50 minutes, and samples cooling is realised with closed autoclave to temperature 80-40°C. At second stage of decomposition mixture of concentrated hydrochloric, nitric and diluted boric acids in ratio 1:1:10-1:1:12 is used during 10-15 minutes. n EFFECT: increasing efficiency of rock samples preparing with reduction of work laboriousness and increase of final sample purity. n 6 cl, 2 tbl, 1 ex
