abstract | FIELD: textile; paper. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention concerns methods of absorbing pulp sheet manufacturing. One version of method involves: obtainment of forming web with almost random distribution of fiber orientation out of paper pulp for paper production; non-consolidating drying of forming web approximately up to 30 to 60 percent concentration; further web transition to moving transportation surface running at a first speed; creping web at the moving transportation surface at approximately 30 to 60 percent concentration with use of creping material, so that the creping operation is performed under pressure in creping compression zone formed between transportation surface and creping material, where creping material moves at a second speed lower than the speed of transportation surface; holding wet web in creping material; and drying wet web during it is held in creping material to obtain concentration of at least 90 percent. ^ EFFECT: improved properties of obtained material, reduced production cost. ^ 53 cl, 2 tbl, 22 dwg |
