titleOfInvention | Optimised liquid-phase oxidation in bubble reactor |
abstract | FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the method and device for liquid-phase oxidation. The liquid-phase oxidation is carried out in the bubble column reactor. The pressure difference between top and bottom parts of reaction media in the column is at least approximately 1 bar. The bubble column contains the casing consisting of reaction and separation sections. The reaction section determines the elongate reaction zone with maximal diametre D and maximal length L equal at least approximately 30 m. The reaction section features with normal upper and normal lower surface levels spaced-apart at the distance L. The separation section is positioned over the reaction section and determines the separation zone. The separation zone has maximal diametre X and maximal height Y. The casing features with ratio of maximal diametre of separation zone to maximal diametre of reaction zone, X : D equal at least approximately 1.1:1. n EFFECT: enhancing of efficiency of reaction implementation at relatively low temperatures. n 39 cl, 60 dwg |
