abstract | FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, particularly to clinical gastroenterology and combination therapy for Crohn's disease by administering dalargin. For this purpose there is further intramuscular injection of a 1 mg dose of dalargin twice a day, during the active stage of the disease, in addition to complex therapy.
