abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, namely to neurology, and can be used for treatment of a chronic fatigue syndrome. For this purpose hemosorption and plasma depletion are performed in the form of the alternating procedures accompanied with exfusion of 5-7% of volume of circulating blood. The procedures are alternated under the scheme: 1st day of the cycle - hemosorption, 6th day of the cycle - plasma depletion, 12th day of the cycle - hemosorption, 18th day of the cycle - plasma depletion. n EFFECT: rising of efficiency of treatment, depression of frequency of relapses, improvement of quality of a life of patients at the expense of occurrence as a result of treatment of the compensatory mechanisms promoting homing of system regulation of an organism to physiological norm. n 2 ex
