abstract FIELD: medicine; surgery. n SUBSTANCE: method involves spectroscopy with helium-neon laser-induced (632.8 nm) fluorescence excitation and recording of autofluorescence spectra as a data array consisting of fluorescence strengths for sequence of wave lengths 649 nm to 850 nm in pitch 0.43 nm {Z 1 , Z 2 , Z 3 …Z n }. It is combined with forming a data array consisting of fluorescence strengths of keratin {Y 1 , Y 2 , Y 3 …Y n } and portoporphyrin IX {X 1 , X 2 , X 3 …X n } for the same wavelengths.
