titleOfInvention | Method of producing diisocyanates |
abstract | FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the method of producing diisocyanates with formula (I) OCN-R-NCO, through phosgenation of corresponding diamines. According to the method, vaporous diamines, diluted with inert gas or inert solvent vapour, and phosgene if necessary, are heated separately to 200-600C, mixed in a tube reactor and undergo reaction. The method is distinguished by that there are n=2-9 nozzles in the tube reactor, parallel its axis. A stream containing diamines is let into the tube reactor through n nozzles, and a stream of phosgene is let into the reactor through the remaining free space or the phosgene stream is let into the reactor through n nozzles and the diamine containing stream is let into the reactor through free space. ^ EFFECT: improvement of the method. ^ 5 cl, 2 ex, 3 dwg |
