titleOfInvention Swirl device
abstract FIELD: technological processes. n SUBSTANCE: invention may be used in oil, gas and chemical industries. Original compressed gas via nozzle 4 is supplied into receiving chamber 22. Then gas, being distributed along channels of helical swirling device 14, speeds up and flows out into hot flow pipe 11 in swirled jets. Hot gas is exhausted via nozzle 6, and cold gas - via nozzle 5. Gas flow increase happens due to increase of channels throughput section in process of helical swirling device 14 cut displacement in cartridge 12 to zone of gradual and even increase of cartridge 12 cylindrical part diametre to diametre of hot flow pipe 11. n EFFECT: provides for automatic control of original compressed gas flow in swirling device with preservation of efficient temperature separation of gas. n 1 dwg
