abstract FIELD: items of private use. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method and installation for dilution of consumed powder with liquid for the purpose of receiving of liquid foodstuffs, such as milk, drink of cappuccino type, or soup, herewith with foam or not. Power is introduced into tank and beforehand moistened by intersection stream of mist spray. After it blending occurs in tank. Tank can be provided with additional liquid streams, introduced into tank for improvement of blending.
