titleOfInvention Method of producing colloidally stable dispersion of electroconductive polymer
abstract FIELD: electricity. n SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to electrical engineering, particularly to production of colloidally stable dispersions of electroconductive polymers: polyaniline, polypyrrole and their derivatives. The method involves mixing an aqueous phase, containing 0.01-0.3 mol/l oxidising agent, and a non-polar or weakly polar organic phase, which is a solution in an organic solvent of 0.01-0.3 mol/l monomer of aniline or polypyrrole family and 0.005-0.2 mol/l doping and stabilising organic acid from the sulpho-acid family, forming a water-organic emulsion. After that at temperature of -10°C to +50°C and 0.5-2 atm at the phase boundary or with intense stirring, oxidative polymerisation of the monomer takes place and the organic phase, containing the target polymer dispersion in doped electroconductive form, is separated from the aqueous phase, containing by-products. Dispersions stable for up to 3 years are obtained. n EFFECT: design of a single-stage method of producing colloidally stable dispersion of electroconductive polymers, characterised by high stability. n 6 cl, 37 ex
