FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: concrete mix includes Portland cement, sand of 0.315-2 mm fractions and crushed stone of 5-20 mm fractions, micro silica, super plasticiser C-3, floured quartz sand, organic silicon additive - mixture of methylphenylcyclosiloxanes, carbon white and gauged water. The latter contains polyvinyl alcohol and pyroligenous liquor - product of hard coal processing by pyrolysis at the following ratio of components, wt %: Portland cement - 18.0-20.0, micro silica - 1.0-2.0, crushed stone of 5-20 mm fractions - 39.98-40.68, sand of 0.315-2 mm fractions - 28.0-32.0, carbon white - 0.9-1.0, super plasticiser C-3 - 0.15-0.25, floured quartz sand - 0.8-1.0, mixture of methylphenylcyclosiloxanes - 0.02, polyvinyl alcohol - 0.07-0.15 pyroligenous liquor - 0.4-0.6 water - 6.0-7.0. ^ EFFECT: improved plasticity and placeability of concrete mix, increased concrete strength, hardness and water impermeability and freezing resistance. ^ 1 tbl |
