titleOfInvention Concrete mix admixture making process
abstract FIELD: chemistry; construction. n SUBSTANCE: invention refers to construction materials as applied to concrete and foam concrete mortars. The process involves phenol waste sulphonation with sulphonating agent represented by 94-96% sulphuric acid in ratio of phenol wastes: sulphonating agent as 1:1 1 / 10 . The reaction mass is neutralised. Before sulphonation, the phenol waste is treated with d-metal salts at temperature 80-100°C during 0.8-1.0 h. Thereafter organic phase of the prepared reaction mass is separated and sulphonated. n EFFECT: simplified and more efficient process. n 1 tbl
